The Downtown Rotary Club of Sioux Falls has generously partnered with Harmony by awarding a $12,000 gift for instruments and other needed equipment.
Howard and Eunice Hovland have very generously paid for the violins, violas, cellos, percussion instruments, and a digital piano for Harmony's pilot program.
The Sioux Empire United Way has generously awarded a $12,500 grant for our 2015-2016 year, a $25,000 grant for our 2016-2017 year, and a $35,000 grant for our 2017-2018 year.
The Sioux Falls Area Community Foundation has awarded a $10,000 grant, the SFACF 2015 Spirit Award, which included a $10,000 grant, and $25,000 in Capacity Building grants.
Community Reformed Church provides continual financial support to Harmony South Dakota each year.
Hope Lutheran Church has graciously allowed Harmony South Dakota to use their Malmark Hand Chimes and Orff Xylophones and Glockenspiels.
The South Dakota Community Foundation has awarded a $7,000 grant to Harmony South Dakota for the purchase of additional string instruments. An additional Community Innovation grant (in partnership with the Bush Foundation) in the amount of $7,500 was also awarded.
